OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 7, 2022) — A Ted’s Cafe Escondido favorite has made its way to the Ted’s Tacos and Cantina menu.

Introducing … Ted’s Cafe Fajitas, Cantina Style!

Yep, we gave the signature fajitas you know and love at Ted’s Cafe Escondido a modern makeover. And they are available at all Ted’s Tacos and Cantina locations.

Each order of fajitas comes with your choice of classic fajita grilled chicken or steak. Guests also have the option of jalapeno cheddar sausage, which is a Cantina exclusive — or a combination of the three.

Each mouth-watering meal, optimized for dine-in and to-go ordering, comes with caramelized onions and peppers and served with shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice and beans. 

Fresh salsa, queso, chips and flour tortillas are also provided with each order of Cantina-style fajitas, because would it really be Ted’s without it?

Guests can also order one of two fajita fiesta packs, designed to feed five and ten people, respectively. 

Each fiesta pack comes with your choice of fajita meat, caramelized onions and peppers with sides of shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice, beans, fresh salsa, queso, chips and flour tortillas. Fiesta packs are available for both pickup and delivery.
