OKLAHOMA CITY (Nov. 15, 2021) — Cold weather is here to stay the next few months, but Ted’s Tacos and Cantina has the perfect remedy.

We’re thrilled to introduce our latest offering, Birria Ramen, which will be available for a limited time at all of our locations starting Monday, Nov. 15.

Each delicious order comes with ramen noodles served in a rich beef consommé with slow-cooked beef birria, a soft-boiled egg, corn, onions and cilantro and garnished with jalapeño rings, a lime and spicy salsa molcajeteda sauce.

That’s a lot of heat to pack in one bowl, but we couldn’t resist giving our slow-cooked beef birria, which also comes in our Wet Taco and Birria Torta, another tasty counterpart.
